Welcome to Udaipur – the city of lakes, a picturesque canvas of colorful landscapes surrounded by the enchanting Aravalis. The aura is such; it makes you weak in your knees when you first see her. Whether you are visiting it for the first time or the 100^th time, you are bound to love it. The capital city of the state of Mewar, was founded by Maharana Udai Singh II of the Sisodia dynasty in the year 1533. The Maharana shifted his capital from Chittorgarh to this fertile and secure land in the valley enclosed by the Aravalis.

The city situated in southern part of Rajasthan is christened as the “Venice of the east”, and dubbed as the most romantic spot in the country of India.
